Kids Soccer Classes

A session for every skill level so that each child gets the instruction they need to love the game.

Session Types

Tiny Kicks Academy has developed 3 curriculums to serve children at all skill levels so that they can be challenged through fun games, drills, and scrimmages. Each child has their own ball for the majority of each session so they can build confidence in a noncompetitive environment.

TK-Kinder

Recommended Ages: 3 - 5 Years Old

The best way to introduce children to soccer within a structured environment. Kids will learn how to do dynamic stretches, play fun games, and some fundamental soccer skills.

Disguised learning techniques keep them engaged, enabling them to use their imaginations while learning at the same time. Everyone scores a goal at the end and gets to celebrate as their friends cheer them on! Scrimmage time is limited to 10 minutes at the end of each session to prioritize players getting more touches on the ball.

1st-3rd grade

Recommended Ages: 5 - 8 Years Old

We teach proper technique for basic skill moves and show how to apply them in real game scenarios. Sessions consist of a fun warmup game, skill learning, then passing, shooting, and ball control drills. We always end with a fun game and scrimmage for 20-30 minutes.

Each child will get tons of touches on the ball and 1v1 attention from our coaching staff to ensure they’re all progressing at their own rate. We also teach proper restarts, spatial awareness, and basic attacking/defending principles.

Advanced Soccer Class

Recommended Ages: 7 - 10 Years Old

For children who have an understanding of the flow of a game and are eager to make an impact. Sessions consist of a warmup game where children are moving with a ball at their feet, goalie/passing/shooting/ball control practice, and 30 minutes of actual gameplay.

Our coaches will teach all of the proper restarts during the scrimmage when the ball goes out of play, spatial awareness, and basic attacking/defending tactics. More difficult skills are introduced when we feel each child is ready. This is the best type of session to prepare children to play at the club level.
